![]() It's working with the delayed versions thanks Denis! Thanks for making Vireio it is awesome - used it many times on my DK1 - when fallout launches does it just interrupt the Oculus Home app or do you do anything before it launches? one of the lines shows:ĩ19ē4,64660033ğallout4 PxHelp: Error opening key HKCU\SOFTWARE\MTBS3D\VRBoostĩ20ē4,64865560ğallout4 StereoSplitter: No back buffer render target view present! Not sure what else to try, I logged the launch sequence using TraceSpy - the vireio logs get pretty mixed up with the Oculus Home App I did enable 'Unknown Sources - Allow apps that have not been reviewed by Oculus to run on my Rift' in the Oculus app settings I suspect there are some problems with the Oculus Home App and Vireio, since it seems to launch that home app whenever you put on the rift. Oculus Home App launches and briefly shows a black overlay on top of the 3d home scene, then fallout process ends and oculus app returns to Home. ![]() hit Play in launcher.borders turn green, screen goes black start fallout launcher from steam (using Bilago's launcher) disable all overlays in steam, shut down possible overlay apps i know of used Bilago tweaker to disable AO, water reflections, DoF, radial blur, motion blur and decals I'm experiencing the same problem as the OP trying to get fallout to start using CV1 with 1.4.0 runtime I know this isn't the right thread, but is performance expected to improve with newer releases? Or is it time I buy a SSD lol I switched to a wide-screen monitor and now it works fine. The aspect ratio was off or something like that. The game was crashing even without Vireio, because of that monitor. My computer only has one HDMI output, so I was using a low res square monitor to launch Vireio and the game. Am I doing anything wrong?Īh, I figured it out. Also, the Oculus service does not launch when I run the game. I don't have Raptr or FRAPS and am not running anything similar in the background. The boarder of the profile image turns green, but the game crashes immediately with "is not responding". I open the Fallout 4 launcher, then run Perception_圆4.exe as administrator, then load the profile, and then launch the game. I've deactivated the specified graphical settings using the Bilago tweaker and disabled the Steam overlay. That is until today when I had the console in "Instant On" mode with the "Shut off storage device when system is off" unchecked (default state) when (while the Quick Resume menu was still empty) the game essentially Quick Resumed.I'm having the same issue. Consequently, it always performed the typical start up. I assumed TW2 being 360 title may have something to do with it.Īnd then a few days ago, I got Mass Effect LE and this time, the title does not even show up in the Quick Resume. I thought that this system level feature independent of third party dev support. Game -> Pause Menu -> Shut down -> Start up -> Game- Generally worked but success rate started to decline over timeĪnd every single time, TW2 showed up in the Quick Resume tab (which Series consoles received a download for).Game -> Pause Menu -> Shut down -> Start up -> Another App -> Game- Same as above. ![]() Then on the third day when I started TW2, it quick resumed Weirdly enough, I recall not playing the game 2 days one time and instead switching to Netflix and YT. ![]() ![]() Game -> Home -> Another App -> Shut down -> Start up -> Game - More often than not it did not work despite the tag "Quick Resume" popping up on the top-right corner.Game -> Home -> Another App -> Home -> Game - Works. However, I also noticed that the feature did not always work as expected (and I was told that Power mode for when I shut the console down has no bearing on it). Not until early last month did I use and discover the joy of the eponymous feature with the One X enhanced version of The Witcher 2 on XSX. Note: The titles discussed below are installed on my external SSD (1TB 860 Evo). ![]()
